AI should make everyday work easier. We work with operations, recruiting, sales and customer-facing teams to find useful opportunities, test them in real workflows and help people use what works.
Start with the work
We talk to the people doing the work and map the steps, handoffs and tools involved. Together we identify repeated tasks, missing information and delays. You get a short list of opportunities with a suggested first pilot, scope and measures of success. Sometimes a simpler process or ordinary automation is the better answer — and we'll say so.
Test a focused pilot
We start with one workflow and a small group of users, build a working pilot, run it on agreed examples and review the results with your team before expanding. Good starting points include:
- Finding answers in approved internal documents, with links to the sources.
- Preparing structured interview questions for a person to review.
- Drafting customer replies or internal summaries for approval.
- Connecting routine Slack or email updates to the systems your team uses.
The right first choice depends on your team's needs, data and tools.
Connect your existing tools
We connect the pilot to the systems you already use — your CRM, recruiting tools, internal documents, Slack, email or reporting. We agree what information it can access, what needs human review and who owns the workflow. Your team sees how it handles missing information and when to fall back to the existing process.
Help the team use it
Practical demos and workshops use examples from your team's own work. We walk through the workflow, show its limits and give people time to try it and ask questions. Then we collect feedback, improve the setup and support the first users as it becomes part of their routine.
Leave a clear handover
You receive the workflow map, setup notes, examples, instructions and a named internal owner. We document what needs review, how to handle problems and how to maintain the integrations. We can hand over to your team or stay involved as priorities change.
Measure useful outcomes
Before the pilot, we agree a baseline and a few useful measures: time per task, rework, response time, output quality, tool cost or regular use. We compare the pilot with the current process and share what improved, what didn't and what remains uncertain — so you have a sound basis to continue, adjust or stop.
Choose the support you need
- Project: discovery, a focused pilot and handover around an agreed scope.
- Fractional: part-time support to work through priorities with your business team.
- Contract: hands-on delivery and adoption support for an agreed period.
We agree scope, responsibilities and review points before we start.
Experience behind the work
The service is led by Druim founder Yevgeny Alianov, who brings 8+ years in technical discovery, demos, scoping, integrations and customer delivery. Our distributor portal case study shows how we connect an ordering workflow to Priority ERP.
Talk through one workflow
Tell us which task takes too much time, who does it and which tools are involved. We'll suggest a practical starting point and the kind of support your team needs.
