No equity, no revenue share, no licence fees, no "platform" you cannot leave. Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and data live under your name from the first commit. If you walk away tomorrow, everything keeps running and any engineer can pick it up.

Senior from day one

One named senior engineer owns the build end to end: architecture, code, deployment, monitoring, billing, and the admin panel nobody budgets for. You talk to the person writing the code, weekly, with priorities in writing and commits you can read.

We have done it for ourselves

Allowly, TrueBadge and FunnelOps are products we built and run. Client builds get the same standard: production infrastructure, tests, backups, and a clear path to hand over or scale.

After launch

Most clients keep us on part-time after launch, on the same pay-for-the-hours-you-use terms. Some hire their own team and we hand over. Either way, the product is yours.
