Managed internal tools
Discuss this serviceKeep your internal tools running. Keep your engineers focused.
Your team built tools that people rely on. Now failed jobs, broken integrations and small requests keep pulling engineers away from planned work.
Druim takes care of those tools. One named senior engineer handles maintenance and small improvements, part-time or on demand. Your team gets a clear contact for support and more time for its product.
What we take care of
We work with existing scheduled jobs, data integrations, admin dashboards, reporting scripts and custom workflows. We can also take over tools whose original builder has moved teams or left.
- Investigate failed jobs and support requests.
- Fix bugs and broken integrations.
- Update dependencies and adapt to API changes.
- Check monitoring and document common fixes.
- Make small improvements as your team's needs change.
Choose the support you need
- Tool handover: a paid review of the code, dependencies and how the tool runs. You get operating notes and a maintenance plan.
- Part-time maintenance: agreed hours each month for ongoing upkeep, with clear priorities and one engineer who knows your tools.
- On-demand help: a specific repair, upgrade or improvement, with scope and timing agreed before work starts.
We agree which tools we support and what work is covered. Larger changes get a separate estimate.
Your systems, your control
Your repositories, accounts and data stay under your control. You talk directly to the engineer doing the work, and changes are recorded in your repository.
We agree access, support hours, response times, deployment approval and who handles incidents outside those hours. For sensitive systems, the initial review also covers access and operating requirements.
We keep operating notes current so your team can take maintenance back when needed.
